Despite the name, this is not a French bistro but an American one, celebrating the diversity of cuisines that are a part of this culture. Bright colors and open spaces create a casual atmosphere. A heaping plate of Calamari served with three special sauces is a perfect way to start your meal. Burgers, main-dish salads, and peppery Oyster Stew are wonderfully satisfying. Veal Meatloaf is served with creamy mashed potatoes. Daily fish specials are always prepared well. Desserts should not be overlooked.
